mysterious trailer… Infamous 3?

Just released by the PlayStation Youtube channel is a mysterious trailer called “The Reload”, best guess in the YouTube comments is Infamous 3 what could be very well possible. Will Cole return to PS3 soon? Maybe something to do with the launch of the new PSN store? We honestly don’t know yet but as you can see in the trailer we will know 10-23-2012
